When Students Drink

The use of designated drivers, or someone who doesn't drink in order to get everyone home safely from an event, has become more popular with high school students.

Often, students drink out of peer pressure, or as a coping mechanism, but the alcohol affects more than just themselves, it leads to a desire for a designated driver, or worse mental health, and sometimes administrative consequences.
